Kateryna Struzhko is a Ukrainian contemporary painter based in Dubai, whose work explores the emotional energy of landscape. Born in Kremenchuk, Ukraine, she holds a higher education in landscape architecture and has spent more than a decade working across the Middle East. Her professional experience shaping environments has profoundly influenced her artistic vision, giving her a deep sensitivity to space, atmosphere, and the living rhythm of nature. Rather than reproducing landscapes, Struzhko paints the sensation of being within them. Through expressive brushwork, luminous color, and intuitive movement, she transforms natural scenes into immersive emotional experiences. Her paintings are driven by what she describes as an open and inexhaustible inner energy — a force she channels onto the canvas, inviting the viewer to feel the vitality, warmth, and quiet power of the natural world.

My work explores landscape as a living field of energy — a place where light, movement, and emotion converge. Trained as a landscape architect and shaped by more than a decade of professional work across the Middle East, I developed a deep awareness of how environments influence our inner state. Painting allows me to move beyond the discipline of design and engage directly with the emotional presence of nature. I do not paint landscapes as static views. Instead, I translate the sensation of being within them — the shifting atmosphere, the rhythm of wind, the warmth of sunlight, and the quiet intensity of living space. For me, painting is an open channel of energy. Each canvas becomes a meeting point between the external world and an inner flow that continues to unfold through color, gesture, and movement.
Моя робота досліджує ландшафт як живе поле енергії. Живопис дозволяє мені передати відчуття перебування в природі. Кожне полотно — це потік енергії між зовнішнім і внутрішнім світом.
